Deactivated Accounts
After 90 days of inactivity, your account will be deactivated and upon attempting to login, you will receive the following notification:
In this case, you can request to have your account reactivated:
- Contact Hazel at schoolsupport@hazel.co or 1-800-76-HAZEL, AND
- Once their account has been reactivated, sign in before Friday EOD to avoid their account being deactivated again.
Locked Accounts
After 5 incorrect password attempts, a user’s Hazel account will be locked and they will receive the following notification:
In this case, you can:
- Wait 30 minutes and attempt to log in again, OR
- Follow the instructions in our "I forgot my password" articles
