🕘 How to view past visits / visit chats

Having trouble finding your child's past visits or need to contact their provider? This resource will guide you through the steps to do both. 

1. Sign in using your phone number and password 

2. Once logged in, tap the arrow on the right to select the child whose visits you want to view

3. Select the specific visit you'd like to see from the list

4. Here, you can view previous messages or send new messages to the provider
