Below, you will find information about joining scheduled video visits.
If you haven't created your Hazel account already, you can click here for instructions on how to do so.

After your account is created...
When a video visit is scheduled with guardian access, you will receive a text message with the visit information and a phone number to call if you need to reschedule:
Reminder texts will be sent 2 days, 2 hours, and 15 minutes before each visit:
To join the visit, click on the link in the text message, log in with your phone number and password, then click the blue Join Video button:
After clicking "Join Video" you will be taken to this screen:
(Make sure you're allowing access to your camera and microphone)
You will also see the following when logging into your account on the day of the visit:
You can also see the history of past visits (as well as any future scheduled visits) by visiting my.hazel.co/patient and clicking on your child's name:
