If you are experiencing trouble printing from a Hazel printer, try the following:

Check if the printer for any messages and resolve
- i.e. Paper Jam, Power Off, etc
- i.e. Paper Jam, Power Off, etc
- Restart (power off and power on) the printer and the iPad
- Check to see if the printer is discoverable by the Hazel iPad
- Open Safari or Google Chrome on the Hazel iPad
- Select the Square & Arrow box at the top on the right side of the search box
- Tap Print at the bottom
- Tap Select Printer to view a list of available printers. The printer should be listed and selectable.

- If the printer is not showing up as an option, the printer may not be connected to the network or local firewall settings may prevent the printer from being discovered. Refer to the guide Setting up a Printer Provided by Hazel for more information and contact your local IT department or Hazel support at support@hazel.co
