How to Print from School Website

 

How to print:

1. Log into Hazel Health Dashboard
2. Click on the visits tab
3. Find and click on the visit you're looking for
4. Click Print

How to access the Hazel Dashboard for the first time:

1. Go to my.hazel.co/school. Please bookmark for future reference
2. Enter your school email address and click "Next"
3. Click on "forgot password?"
   1. • ONLY DO THIS ONCE
        • • It can take up to 20 minutes for the password reset link to send.
4. An email will be sent to your school's email address asking you to reset your password. Please make a note of this password because you will be using it to log into the dashboard.
5. After you log in using your new password, you will be prompted to have a verification code sent to your school's email address. Please make sure to hit send when this prompt populates.
   • • ONLY DO THIS ONCE
       • • It can take up to 20 minutes for the verification code to send.
6.  Enter the verification code in the box requesting this information.
   • • Once this step is completed you will have completed the process of creating a password and will be able to log into the dashboard.
