How do I find the Serial Number and Asset Tag on my Hazel iPad (Inititors)

If you can get into the actual device

If you're not locked out of the device / the device is functioning normally, you can go to Settings > General > About to get the Serial Number

If you can't get into the device

If the device is locked or broken and you can't get to the settings menu, you can just flip it over! There is a big sticker on the back with a short number, that's the "Asset Tag" and then at the bottom of the device etched into the metal you can find the Serial Number. 

We prefer to get the Serial Number, but if you can't read the tiny letters, the asset tag will work!
