Self-Scheduling an Intake Visit

Scheduling your student's intake session can be completed inside of your guardian account!
If you do not have a guardian account, please refer here, before continuing.


STEP ONE

Click on the student. 



if you do not see your student underneath "Children," refer to this resource to link your student to your account.


STEP TWO

Select "Request Online Therapy."



STEP 3

Complete the Intake Questionnaire:






STEP 4

Click "Next." 



STEP 5

Click "Next." 


STEP 6

Select the Intake location.



STEP 7

Select the date and time.  The visit will display at the button of the screen, confirm by clicking "next." 



STEP 8

After selecting a date and time, the attendance policy will appear. Acknowledge by clicking on the box, and clicking "Schedule Visit." 



STEP 9

Scheduling is complete.





The upcoming visit will appear under the "Visits" section of the guardian homepage.
