Logging in to Sigma at Hazel REQUIRES that the device you are using for Okta Verify has Biometrics set up, and enabled in the Okta Verify App.
If you are having issues accessing Sigma, this is the likely cause!
Here's what you need to do to get in:
- Make sure that you have Okta Verify installed and set up on your device
- Once you have that set up, make sure that you allow Okta Verify to use your biometrics

IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE BIOMETRICS SET UP
When you toggle this setting on in Okta Verify, your device should automatically prompt you to set up your TouchID or FaceID so that this feature can work.
