iPad
After you login by entering your unique credentials, you will see the Hazel Dashboard. All visits are started on the Hazel Health iPad.
Visits
This section will display the patients currently seeing a Hazel provider whether they are waiting, in the visit, or waiting for discharge instructions. View All will display all visits done at the school in the past 2 weeks.
Treatments
This section will display treatments and medication orders that have not yet been administered.
This section will show all the patients that have discharge instructions that have not yet been printed. View All will display all discharges with an option to print all at once.
Messages
This section will show unread messages from Hazel providers related to a student’s visit. View All will display all messages from visits within the past 2 weeks.
Follow Up
Requested follow ups and health screening visits will display in this section. Tapping on a student will allow you to start the a visit.
General Chat
Initiators can use the General Chat feature to communicate with the Hazel support team about immediate needs for physical health visits, such as:
- Student with pending consent needs a Hazel visit
- A replenishment of inventory is needed such as medication or bandaids
Initiators will see a visual notification when they have received a message. Tap on the grey word bubble in the bottom right corner to open the chat and send and view messages.
