- Switching Clinics/ Schools on the iPad

From the home screen, tap on the school / clinic name dropdown menu above the blue Sign In button. DO NOT CLICK THE BLUE SIGN IN BUTTON!!

Choose your name if it is on the list, or "Sign in with a different account" if it is not.
** The rest of this guide will follow the steps from choosing "sign in with a different account"

Enter your email address and tap Next.

Choose to sign in with Google OR enter your password, enter the relevant information and tap Next.

Tap the clinic / school you want to log in to. 

NOTE: If you don't see the school you expect on this list, please call 1-800-764-2935

You will be returned to the home screen, and the new clinic / school name will now appear above the blue Sign In button.

• If your name appears at the bottom of the screen click that.
• If not tap Sign In then choose your name from the list that pops up. 

Enter your PIN on the next screen

You will now be logged into the clinic / school. Tap Find Student to search for the student and initiate a Hazel visit.
