How can I cancel a Hazel physical health visit?

1. Click “Find Student” and type student’s name
2. Click on student’s name then “Start Visit” 
3. Enter physical health concerns then click “Next”
4. Enter height, weight, and temperature then click “Next”
5. Once you are in the visit click on the three dots in the upper right corner 
6. Click “Cancel Visit”
