If care is outside of the provider’s scope, Hazel will refer students for further care. We do not:
- Conduct annual physical exams
- Conduct sports physicals
- Diagnose or prescribe medication for ADHD.
- Prescribe birth control
- Diagnose autism
- Administer scheduled or annual vaccines
- Diagnose substance abuse
For emergency visits: Hazel is not a replacement for the emergency room. If a child needs immediate medical attention, PLEASE CALL 911.
