How to put the School App into Demo Mode

If you're running an initiator training session where you need access to the Demo Environment (not the Initiator Training Demo you access through the blue demo button) or you're attempting to run a test call during District Implementation, please follow the steps below. 

Note: You will need an Initiator Account in the Demo Environment to log in. If you do not have one and you are a Hazel Employee, please reach out to Tori or Ray. If you are a school staff member, please reach out to your Hazel Point of Contact. 

 

Step 1

• Go to Settings
• Find the Hazel App
• Toggle on next to "Show Server Selector (For Demos)"

Step 2

• Open the School App
• Look in the upper right corner for the server selector

Step 3

• Open the server selector
• Choose "Demo"
  
  

Step 4

• Click "Close App" when prompted
  
  

Step 5

• Re-open the app and look at the server selector again
• Make sure it says "Demo"
• Click "Sign In"
  
  

If Prompted

• Make sure to allow access to your camera and microphone
