First things first -- Update your iOS
Step 1:
- Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
- If you see a profile listed, click into it
- Then remove the profile
If you don't see a profile that's ok! Continue to step 2.
Step 2:
- Scan the following QR code with the camera on your Hazel iPad, and then click the link that pops up. Please make sure you are being directed to SAFARI (not Chrome).

If you're still having issues enrolling, please follow these instructions to wipe the device, and here is another resource for setting it up again. When it comes back online, it will automatically enroll and download our app.
Step 3:
- Click "Download Enrollment Profile"
Step 4:
- Click "Allow"
Step 5:
- Click "Close"
Step 6:
- Go to Settings —> General —> VPN & Device Management
Step 7:
- Click "Hazel Health, Inc. Profile"
Step 8:
- Click "Install"
Step 9:
- Enter the passcode for the device
Step 10:
- Click "Install"
Step 11:
- Click "Trust"
Step 12:
- Click "Done"
... and that's all folks!
