How to set up a Test Call - School Side

Pre-requisites

1. You will need to schedule a time to run the test with the your Point of Contact from Hazel.
   • • If you are not sure who the right person would be to contact about scheduling this test call, you can reach out to your Hazel Point of Contact!
       
       
2. *** The School iPad will need to have the School App in Demo Mode. ***
   • • Here is a resource for switching to Demo Mode in the School App
       
       

3. Make sure that you're running your side of the test from the same room the iPad will be in day to day. 

   1. • It's important to run this test in the same space the students will be in when they have visits with our providers because connection strength can vary from room to room.
        
        
        

*** IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES ACCESSING THE TEST ACCOUNT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE APP SWITCHED TO DEMO MODE. ***

Steps for the School

Step 1

• Instruct the School to open the School App
• Make sure the Server Selector shows "Demo" in the top right corner
• Click the "Sign In" button

Step 2

• On the Sign in screen, enter the following email address: [e-mail]
• Click "Next"

Step 3

• Click "Sign in with password"
  
  

Step 4

• On the next screen, enter the following password: Hazel123
  
• Click "Next"
  
  

Step 5

• Choose "Abraham Lincoln Elementary"
  
  

Step 6

• You will be redirected back to the login screen
• Make sure that you see "Abraham Lincoln Elementary" listed above the Sign In button
• You can click either "Sign In" or "Raymond" (if you see that on the bottom of the screen)
  • • If you choose "Sign In" you will re-enter the same email and password as before and then proceed to Step 8
    • If you choose "Raymond" proceed to Step 7
      
      

Step 7

• If you chose "Raymond" you will see this pin screen pop up
• Enter the following pin: 2015
  
  

If you're Testing a Physical Health Visit

Step 1

• Click "Find Student"
  
  

Step 2

• Search for and select student "Karim Agg"
  
  

Step 3

• Choose "Start Visit"
  
  

Step 4

• Choose "Physical Health"
• Make selections from the fields that pop up (any selections are fine)
• Click "Next"
  
  

Step 5

• Enter in some vitals on the Vitals page (any vitals are fine)
• Click "Next"
  
  

Step 6

• You will be taken to this wait screen, where the "Provider" will join you shortly
  
  

If you're Testing a Mental Health Visit

Step 1

• Navigate to the visit the Implementation Manager set up for the test
  • • You will see this under "Visits" or "Upcoming Visits" depending on how close it is to the time of the actual visit.
      
      

Step 2

• Ensure that the information for the visit matches the information provided by the Implementation Manager (Time, Duration, and Scheduled Provider).
• Click "Join Visit" when ready
