Hazel Health - Changing Login Credentials

Log into your account on the Hazel School App. From the home screen. Use your full password if you do not remember your PIN. Tap on the Settings Gear in the upper lefthand corner of the screen.

To Change your PIN:

From the settings menu, tap “Change PIN.”

Type in your password. You will be prompted to enter your new PIN. The system will automatically save your new PIN and take you back to the settings screen. Tap “Done” in the upper righthand corner of the settings page.

To Change your Password:

From the settings menu, tap “Change Password.” 

The system will require that you enter your old password, your new password, and retype your new password to confirm. Tap “Save” in the upper righthand corner to complete.
