How to setup your new Hazel Account
Our Hazel Operations Team will add your email address to our system and give you all of the necessary permissions so that you can see everything you need to see for your role.
In order to access your Hazel Dashboard, all you'll need to do is set a password for the account.
Here's how to do that:
1. Open up your web browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari) and navigate to my.hazel.co/school/signin
2. Enter your school email address (the email you used to access Hazelversity) and click “next”
3. On the next page, choose “forgot password”
4. Verify your email address and click “send”
5. Go to your email inbox and look for the reset password email
Note: This could take up to 20 minutes to send.
If you haven’t seen anything within 20 minutes, check your spam file.
If it’s not there, try the process again.
If you’re still having trouble, reach out to our team via the General Chat in the Hazel App
When you get the email, click the “reset password” link
6. Enter in your new password twice, and choose “change password”
That’s it!
You can now click “sign in” and enter in your login credentials to access your Hazel Dashboard.
