We now send multiple text messages for scheduled visits.
- Immediately on visit being scheduled.
- 2 days before at 8:00 am
- 2 hrs before visit
- 15 minutes before visit.
Message 1 will be sent when the visit is scheduled, but it won't have a link to the session.
All other texts will have links to my.hazel.co, not to a specific visit.
The intention being parents often click on the link to the wrong visit from their messages.
If the appointment is updated, we will send out update messages to the same phone numbers that received the original messages.
In the text message we will include a link. Click the link to join the visit.
