Daily Teletherapy Appointments Email
Monday through Friday, at 5:10 am local time, initiators receive a Daily Digest email from Hazel. The Daily Digest email details scheduled visits for the day. The email will direct you to sign in to your account and review more visit details including student name and durations.
Note: Clicking the "View Full Schedule" option will take you to the Visits Tab in your web browser.
You can also click the Unsubscribe button towards the bottom of the email if you don't want to receive these messages anymore.

Note: Clicking on it will redirect you to your Account Settings.

Messaging Our Therapists Directly
Through the Hazel application, on the iPad or Web Dashboard, you can message Hazel therapists directly. You can provide updates, notify the therapists if a student is running late, and request to reschedule or cancel a visit.
Messaging therapists on the iPad
Now, when you click on one of your scheduled visits within the Hazel app, you will see three different messaging options: Message Provider, Reschedule, and Cancel Visit.
Clicking on Message Provider, or on the Chat Bubble in the lower right hand corner, will allow you to message a therapist about a visit.

When a therapist replies to your message or request you will hear and audible notification, and you will see that you have an unread message in the Messages section of your app dashboard. When you click on your unread messages you will be able to view the chat between yourself and the therapist and respond as necessary.

Messaging therapists through the Web Dashboard
These features are also available on the web version of the Hazel School Application!
To message a therapist through the Web Dashboard, click visits, then click the specific visit you are looking to message the therapist about. View the message in the "Messages" tab.
Rescheduling or canceling visits
Rescheduling requests often result in a delay of care of several weeks, depending on provider availability. If you would still like to reschedule or cancel, please notify the therapist directly.
To do so, click "View All" in the "Upcoming Visits" section of your Hazel Dashboard to display the complete list of upcoming scheduled visits. Next click on the student session you want to notify the therapist about and select Reschedule or Cancel, then message the therapist to make the request.
