- How to start a scheduled Counseling Visit

At the scheduled time, the counseling appointment will appear under the “Upcoming Visits” section of the Dashboard. Tap on the appointment and the student’s name will appear. 

To ensure you are selecting the correct student, remember to always confirm the student’s date of birth, which can be found below the student’s name. 

Once confirmed, tap Join Visit.

Once a visit starts, initiators can step out, but should remain in contact with the Hazel therapist via the web dashboard.  To view and send messages, login to the web dashboard, and click the visit.  Messages will appear to the right and you can also send messages through the text box at the bottom.  The web dashboard can also be accessed via a mobile device.
